- 1 (10 inch) pie shell
- 2 cups whole pecans
- 3 None eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- None None heavy cream or ice cream, to serve
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Line pie shell with parchment paper and fill with pie weights. Blind bake for 10 mins. Remove paper and weights and bake for 7-10 mins, until golden brown. Let cool.

3Reduce heat to 350°F. Arrange pecans in pie shell. Whisk together remaining ingredients then pour over top. Bake for 45-50 mins. Let cool.

4Serve with heavy cream or ice cream.
