- 1 frozen pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 3 cups pecans, toasted
Directions

1To make the pie, blind bake the pie shell until half cooked in a preheated 350 degree oven.

2Place eggs in a bowl and whisk to combine.

3Bring the milk and sugar to a boil until sugar is dissolved.

4Add bourbon and whisk mixture into eggs.

5Add toasted pecans.

6Pour into half-baked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
