  • 1/2 c. browned margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. pecans, broken or whole
  • 1 c. Karo syrup

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Mix and stir all the ingredients except the browned margarine.

    Stir in the cooled, browned margarine last.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and then at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
