  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 unbaked pastry shells

    Beat eggs until fluffy.

    Add all ingredients and blend.

    Turn mixture into unbaked pie shells and bake at 300° to 325° for 45 minutes or until brown and slightly firm.
