Pecan Pie

- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. shelled pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie crust (8 or 9-inch)
Directions

1Add eggs to all ingredients except pecans.

2Pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Decorate with pecans, being careful pecans do not sink to bottom of pie.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Pie will seem uncooked when hot, but will thicken as it cools.
