- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Stir in pecans.

2Pour into pie shell.

3Cover pastry edges with foil to keep from burning.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
