- 1 c. red Karo syrup
- 1 c. pecan meats
- butter
- 2 pie crust shells

1Break 4 eggs in a bowl.

2Beat for several minutes with rotary eggbeater.

3Add brown sugar and syrup; stir well.

4Add pecan meats and several little pats of butter.

5Pour mixture into 2 pie crust shells.

6Sprinkle top with pecans.

7Bake slowly about 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
