  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. pecans
  • pastry pie crust

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly in a 2-quart bowl.

    Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted butter.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into unbaked shell. Bake near center of oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is slightly firm in a 375° oven.
