  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie shell or 2 regular pie shells, unbaked

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pecans in blender.

    Stir them in last, then pour into pie shells and cook 50 minutes at 350°.
