  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    In large bowl, stir together eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in nuts; pour into pie shell. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
