  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Stir in pecan halves.

    Pour into pastry shell. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Cool.
