  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. clear Karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Line a pie plate with pastry.

    Cream together the butter and sugar; add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla extract and Karo syrup.

    Stir well.

    Add pecans and mix well.

    Pour into an unbaked pastry and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
