- pastry for 8-inch 1-crust pie (prepared frozen)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. very strongly brewed coffee
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Combine eggs, molasses, syrup, coffee, melted butter, salt and vanilla.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Combine pecans and flour.

4Add to egg mixture.

5Stir to mix well.

6Pour into unbaked pie shell.

7Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

8Let cool to room temperature before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 portions.
