- 2/3 to 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sprinkle pecans in pie shell.

2In large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients.

3Pour over pecans.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven 35 minutes or until tested done.

5Cool on rack.
