  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 uncooked pie shell (9-inch)

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter; add syrup, salt and vanilla and beat well.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time; add pecans.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
