  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

    Mix all ingredients adding pecans last.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400°, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
