- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Add eggs, syrup, vanilla and margarine; beat with electric mixer until blended.

3Either put pecans in mixture or place on bottom of pie shell.

4Pour in mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Yield: One 9-inch pie.
