  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place margarine, sugar and syrup in saucepan; bring to boil and cook until mixture coats spoon (just before it spins a thread).

    Beat eggs; add salt and vanilla and add syrup mixture to eggs, beating well.

    Put into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into pie.
