  • 12 pieces raw Chicken, skinned
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp each Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 48 oz Spaghetti Sauce, preferably homemade
  • 5 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Peppers, red and green, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 pk. fresh Mushrooms, large slice

    Heat oil in Dutch Oven.

    Coat chicken with flour, s&p.

    Fry chicken on high heat until nicely browned (in 2 batches).

    Return all chicken to pot, cover with sauce.

    Add raw vegetables on top, cover, cook on low heat 1 hr.

    Mix carefully.

    Cook another 45 mins.

    Serve with pasta or rice.

    And crusty bread.
