- 12 pieces raw Chicken, skinned
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp each Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 48 oz Spaghetti Sauce, preferably homemade
- 5 clove Garlic, chopped
- 2 Peppers, red and green, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 pk. fresh Mushrooms, large slice
Directions

1Heat oil in Dutch Oven.

2Coat chicken with flour, s&p.

3Fry chicken on high heat until nicely browned (in 2 batches).

4Return all chicken to pot, cover with sauce.

5Add raw vegetables on top, cover, cook on low heat 1 hr.

6Mix carefully.

7Cook another 45 mins.

8Serve with pasta or rice.

9And crusty bread.
