  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    In large bowl, stir together egg, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until blended.

    Stir in nuts.

    Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
