Peach Pie

  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
  • 8 fresh peaches

Directions

    Peel and stir.

    Put in unbaked pie shell.

    Put a tablespoon Minute tapioca in bottom of pie shell. Add the peaches. After first layer of peaches, put in another tablespoon Minute tapioca. Add more peaches until you have a filled pie shell.

    Pour the mixture over the peaches and bake 1 hour at 350° or until golden brown.
