- 3 eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1In small bowl with electric mixer, beat eggs slightly.

2Mix in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt.

3Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pastry shell.

4Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.

5(Filling should be slightly less set in center than around edge.)

6Cool; if desired serve with whipped cream.
