  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c.sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter and syrup.

    Turn into pie shell and sprinkle nuts on top; stir into mixture using a fork. Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes.

    Lower heat to 350° and bake 35 minutes longer, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
