  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Directions

    Mix eggs, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.

    Spread pecans on bottom of pie crust.

    Pour in filling.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until firm in center.
