- 1 1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 sticks cold butter, cut in pieces
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1To make cookie crust for bars:

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with no stick spray.

4Mix flour, 2 sticks butter and 1/2 cup sugar until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

5Press firmly into prepared pan.

6Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
