- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 3/4-inch diameter x 1 3/4-inch) EZ foil scalloped pie pan (if not used, it may boil over)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell (homemade or bought)
Directions

1Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup and melted butter.

2Add pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell.

3Place pecan halves on top to decorate.

4Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean.

5Cool, slice and enjoy.
