  • Pecan Pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup corn syrup light
  • 1/3 cup margarine melted
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • Pie Crust
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 crisco
  • 1 egg
  • cold water
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions

    Beat 3 eggs and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, melted margarine (hand mixing).

    Pour over prepared pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours if doubled recipe.
