  • 1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

    Combine all of the first 3 ingredients except 2/3 cup cake mix. Mix until crumbly and press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350° until golden.
