  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • pecans

Directions

    Line pie shell with pecans.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over pecans, making sure they're all coated with mixture. Bake at 350° until the top starts to crack around the pecans in the middle of the pie.
