  • 1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pie crusts (regular size)
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix flour and butter; mix with other ingredients except pecans.

    Butter edges of pie crust; put 1 cup of pecans in each crust.

    Pour 1/2 of mixture in each crust.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes more.
