- 2 1/2 c. pecans (ground)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Cream butter and cheese 10 minutes.

2Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more.

3Add flour and then pecans.

4Add eggs, alternately as mixing.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
