Pecan Praline Bars

  • 24 graham crackers, broken into 1 1/2 x 3-inch sections
  • 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 cubes margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Line 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.

    Place graham crackers on foil bringing foil up to form edges for crackers.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Boil brown sugar and margarine cubes together for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pecans and spread evenly over crackers.

    Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven.

    When cool, cut along indentations of graham crackers.
  7. 7
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
