- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Stir all ingredients together.

2Ladle into clean, sterilized jars.

3Store in a cool place.

4Let age 1 month before serving. Makes about 3 pints. Can be served over ice cream or pound cake.
