- 3 sticks butter
- 1 lb. dark brown sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. toasted pecans, chopped
Directions

1Blend butter and sugar until creamy.

2Add 6 eggs and beat until fluffy.

3Add lemon juice, vanilla and flour.

4Fold into stiff batter.

5Add pecans.

6Stir and press into well-greased Bundt pan or tube pan.

7Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
