- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 stick butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Process flour and pecans until nuts are finely chopped.

2Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.

3With mixer on low, gradually add flour to mixture, just until blended.

4Measure dough with teaspoon and roll into balls.

5Bake at 300° for 45 minutes or until golden.

6While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely.

7Roll in powdered sugar again.

8Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks or can be frozen.
