  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. solid pack canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
