Pecan Rice

  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 c. long grain rice, cooked, hot and well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Toast pecans in oven at 250° for 15 minutes or until golden. Chop coarsely.

    Cook rice.

    When ready to serve, coat pecans in butter in skillet.

    Add rice and toss.

    Salt and pepper.
