- 1 c. pecans
- 3 c. long grain rice, cooked, hot and well drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Toast pecans in oven at 250° for 15 minutes or until golden. Chop coarsely.

2Cook rice.

3When ready to serve, coat pecans in butter in skillet.

4Add rice and toss.
