- 2 cups whole grain cereal flakes with pecans
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix cereal, milk and butter in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes.

3Add egg and sugar; mix well.

4Stir in flour, pecans, baking powder and nutmeg just until blended.

5Spread into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

6Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan.

8Cool completely.

9Cut into 16 slices to serve.
