  • 1 box yellow cake mix (hold 1 c. cake mix)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 3 c. pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. cake mix
  • 1/4 c. margarine, soft
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix pumpkin, eggs and milk; pour over first layer.

    Mix 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup margarine, cinnamon and sugar with fork and sprinkle over top of cake.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    When cool, top with Cool Whip.
