  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. any flavor instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, butter and pecans into crumb mixture and press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Beat powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese and pour over first layer.

    Beat pudding and milk together and spread over second layer.
  5. 5
    Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate and serve.
