  • 1 cup Light corn syrup (Karo)
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar (Firm packed)
  • 3 Eggs (Lightly beaten)
  • 1/3 cup Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves (Heaping)
  • 1 Trader Joe's Frozen Pie Crust

Directions

    Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

    Combine in large bowl: Syrup, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Melted Butter, Salt, Vanilla

    Mix well (should be smooth & creamy)

    Poor into unbaked pie shell

    Cover with nuts (neatly)

    Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 minutes

    Check the pie, should bake at a little lower temp for another 10 minutes
