  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. or more chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream margarine and cream cheese; add flour. Blend and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Shape into small tart pans like crust. Mix egg, brown sugar and salt. Spoon into tart crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Can freeze.
