  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped or ground
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie or graham cracker crumbs (about 24 cookies)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee or instant decaf
  • 1 tsp. hot water
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

    In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.

    In buttered 9-inch spring-form pan or 13 x 9-inch pan, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan.
