- 4 rainbow trout fillets
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. pecans
- 2 tsp. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Lightly flour fillets. In a large skillet melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Fry fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. remove fish from pan and keep warm. In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 c. butter and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour sauce over trout. Serves 4.
