- 1 (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni in water.

2Melt butter on low heat.

3Cook pepper and onion.

4Add corn, chili, salt and pepper.

5Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni.

6Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
