Peg'S Stuffed Potatoes

  • 4 whole potatoes
  • 3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Bake potatoes. While hot, scoop out into bowl. Add all ingredients to potato. Beat with electric mixer until almost smooth.

    Put back into shells (potato skins).

    Bake 1/2 hour at 325°. Sprinkle with paprika before heating.
