  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine (1 stick, melted)
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen corn

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and margarine together.

    Add milk. Fold in corn. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Stir twice while baking.
