  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped

    Put the chops into the stoneware.

    In a small bowl, combine the sugar, spices, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.
