- 6 pork chops
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
Directions

1Use a 4-quart slow cooker.

2Put the chops into the stoneware.

3In a small bowl, combine the sugar, spices, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.

4Pour evenly over the top of chops.

5Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
