- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. penne
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. vodka
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 lb. ham, diced or a few slices Prosciutto
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta as per label directions.

2In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.

4Add vodka; cook 5 minutes.

5Blend cream, heat to boiling.

6Add remaining ingredients except cheese and heat through.

7Toss with hot drained pasta. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
