- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (or use Paul Newman balsamic vinaigrette)
- 1/3 c. packed, fresh basil, sliced
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta. In a skillet, combine all other ingredients and simmer. Drain pasta and combine with heated tomato mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.
